I expect this book to be a terrifying journey about a boys life being taken away from his home and taken to a concentration camp.  I am somewhat afraid of the thoughts that Eliezer Wiesel may use to describe his experience.  However, in the past I have read a lot of books about the holocaust.  I think it is interesting to read about Elie (the author) writes about death and desperation.  I expect this book to teach me about lost faith when in the hardest times you need but God somehow doesn’t come to help.  I feel as though the events that occured during the Halocaust are unforgettable and I would never be able to find my self being treated so unfairly.  I have a feeling after reading this book I will begin to appreciate my life even more because of the way they were treated.   It seems that considering this book is about a young boys journey who is infact the author makes the book seem so much more heart wrenching.  I have heard only good things about this book but i also have heard that this book haunting.  I look forward to reading this book.

Ali, I thought the book was really good, too. I just finshed it, and I really think that you will enoy the ending of the book. Some of your predictions are really good ideas and I think that as you keep reading you will find some things expected, but also some things that turn out to be not so obvious, and predictable. KEEP UP THE READING.

Ali, I think you have some very good ideas about the book. I was a little confused when I started reading but you have guided me a little bit. I agree with you on how the book will change my perspective on life.
